Another problem with helluva boss

Stolas and Stella's marriage.

Now I just want to take these two into account since so many people are going "UWU poor Stolas is gonna get murdered! Poor bb. Stella is such an evil wife!" However we have not gotten to see her side of the situation. All we got are scenes of her lashing out on Stolas and acting like a bitch. However we do need to acknowledge that she has a reason for this behavior and getting to the point where she wants to kill her husband. But we are supposed to establish that because we aren't shown this.

So Stella in the show is depicted as an angry wife only to make you feel bad for Stolas. I'll have to remind you that this man openly cheated on her. Which showing the show glorifying cheating and thinking it's a funny running gag. Well now the whole cheating thing started to not get funny anymore (it never was anyways.) And the joke just reoccures in different episodes supposedly developing the plot which somehow doesn't appear til later in the series. You really need to think about Stella's side before immediately siding to Stolas. She doesn't need to be treated like a last minute antagonist.

There’s a woman named Aimee Challenor who is outed as a pedophile/pedophile enabler who knowingly allowed the r*pe and torture of a ten-year-old child by her father in her house to go on for years unchecked. 

She later allowed the perpetrator–HER FATHER–to be her campaign manager for an attempted Green party run before she was discovered. She also has consistently supported her husband, who posts erotic fiction about children publicly and brags about it, online. 

She has recently been hired by staff as an admin for Reddit. Hundreds of subreddits have gone dark in protest, and the front page is flooded with stuff about it. 

This is a warning for people who have triggers related to CSA/r*pe/sexual abuse–you may very well want to avoid reddit for a few days. Here is a link to more information about the situation and details about her father’s crimes, which she knew of for those who need it. Again, SERIOUS CONTENT WARNINGS. Be safe.

The Hazbin Joe situation: why he still needs to be paid despite being an extra.

Hello everyone it's me Shiro here i wanna talk about the joe situation and the people who are missing the point in the tweet replies. People are completely missing the point of the tweet and I wanna address the elephant in the room.

Mainly this tweet which is one of the higher ones in the main tweet.

Now I wanna talk about how wrong this person actually is. Even if they had 2-3 lines you'd expect them to get payed properly. Many background characters or people who had involvement in the project still get payed for it because they still had some significance in the project. Even if they didn't have many lines im sure sirpent and his eggs are going to have more major significance in future episodes. Hazbin has been picked up by a major company to be aired on TV so obviously they have to be creating episodes to be aired behind the scenes. So Joe's involvement wasn't only in the pilot at some point. He was hyped up on Viv's part as well. So his involvement must of had good intentions on her side but nope they ended up not being paid at all.

In conclusion everyone who worked on the project should be paid for it despite it being a small part in a pilot episode.

A word on the latest Hazbin Official merch, a case of possible art theft and trademark issues.

Within the official merch run for this black friday,

There are SEVERAL cases of extremely similar work to the fan works from the past several months.

One of them is even a blatant copy of a fanmade work created by an artist by the name, Pest_Fox.

The situation is so bad to the point where the OFFICIAL pin is clearly are of evidently low quality.

While the fan created pin from last year was created by Pest_Fox  that was made an entire year ago looks to be at much higher quality. 

Another fan even became concerned about this and commented on it saying:

Spindlehorse still hasn’t addressed this so, I feel as if this should be addressed immediately. 

The worst part being…

The ORIGINAL creator of the design could likely violate trademark rights of Hazbin Hotel just by being similar to this month’s run of new merch that likely stole from THEM.

The Hazbin Hotel community should be informed of this kind of behavior as it could put both fan-artists and the mainline creators in jeopardy if not addressed. 

Because this is extremely worrisome.

We could have a potential art-theft on our hands for…

yeah it’s like she saw critiques saying “hey don’t do that” and doubled down. Shes like a Saturday morning cartoon villain that fucking hates children. You do realize that they are at least half your fanbase because most adults have developed enough taste not to like your shit, right Vivziepop?

Imo I think she actually toned down on the child violence this time around. It’s still there obviously, but not as awful as in the pilot episode. When the girl gets launched to the sky by the teacher, it’s done in a cartoonish way, and she is actually shown to be back just fine on the next scene. It’s like in kids cartoons when a character gets severely hurt and then they come out fine in the next scene or episode.

As for the family, I thought them being cannibal murderers, including the children, was going to be used as justification for Moxxie to kill them, but I was pleasantly surprised when that didn’t happen. The family ends up dying anyway cause ofc they do, but at least it’s not in the hands of a main character who is shown to be the most sympathetic of the group, and whom we’re supposed to root for. I do hope that this isn’t later used as justification for innocent people or children getting murdered such as “oh well they’re gonna die anyway so might as well”.

It’s really not that hard to make a story about assassins and not have kids involved. I hope Viv stops putting kids altogether and the IMP actually start killing people who deserve it (the family was terrible but they didn’t know that after the fact which is awfully convenient) which there must be plenty of.
